Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, QA analysts, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive test plans, identify test cases for automation, and integrate automated tests into our continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and delivery.
  • Document test cases, test results, and defects clearly and concisely.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, focusing on automation testing.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, NUnit).
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
